Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NVRGVP ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

NVRGVP is a crowdfunding platform that connects individuals ("Dreamers") seeking financial support for specific goals with individuals ("Supporters") willing to contribute funds. We are not a charity, and donations made through our platform are generally not tax-deductible.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Campaigns and Donations

For Dreamers:

• You must provide truthful information about yourself and your goals
• You must use funds as described in your campaign
• You are responsible for fulfilling any promises made to supporters
• We reserve the right to remove campaigns that violate our guidelines

For Supporters:

• Donations are made at your own discretion and risk
• We do not guarantee that funds will be used as intended
• Donations are generally non-refundable
• NVRGVP is not responsible for the actions of Dreamers

5. Fees

NVRGVP charges a platform fee of 7% on all funds raised. Additional payment processing fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are applied by our payment processor, Stripe. These fees are deducted from the funds before transfer to the Dreamer.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Platform to:

• Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Fund illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Circumvent our fees or security measures
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The NVRGVP name, logo, and all related content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NVRGVP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
