How much does NVRGVP take?
We take a 7% platform fee from funds raised, after payment processing fees (approximately 2.9% + 30¢). This means over 90% of every donation goes directly to the dreamer.
How long does verification take?
Most stories are reviewed within 24-48 hours. We may reach out if we need additional information to verify your story.
What if I don't reach my goal?
You keep whatever funds you've raised, even if you don't reach your full goal. We believe every bit of support helps.
How do I receive the funds?
Funds are transferred via Stripe Connect to your bank account. You'll need to set up a Stripe account during the story submission process.
